DE card bank

dear pm. I am trying to activate the external card bank but I keep getting "invalid ID or Token" message. I have tried numerous times with the information provided and followed all the instructions. Can you please help me, thanks.

Please make sure login into the game on the phone first, and make sure you aren't entering your gameID incorrectly (eg l might be an 1, O might be an 0). You can always screenshot on the phone then enlarge the picture to make sure you are typing the right information.

Dear pm, I have tried over 20 times and still no joy. I have entered the details exactly as they are written in your message on the news page. Could you please offer me some helpful advice, thankyou.

You can send us a screenshot of what you are entering on the page to our support email support@playmage.com and include your in-game id in the email.
