We recently banned several player accounts for exploiting bugs to gain severe unfair advantage in the game. These offenders not only gave themselves unfair advantage, but also unbalanced the game and made the game less enjoyable for everyone else.

Any future attempts to exploits or cheat will be permanently banned. There are also traps set in the game to ban players automatically and reduce their level to 0, which is not reversible. In addition, we may exercise legal prosecutions to the full extent of the law if the exploit has brought damage to the game.

Please note, creating multiple fake and test accounts or probing bugs by modifying urls falls under cheating and bug exploiting, and will earn you a permanent ban.

We have found so far that majority of cheaters and hackers are coming from two specific small countries. We strongly encourage everyone to play normally and do not dishonor your country, as we may start posting number of cheater banned by country.

It has been brought to our attention that some players are creating multiple accounts to farm crystals. This is against game rule #3 (exploitation) and #9 (multiple accounts) listed in our ToS. Anyone one continues to do this from now on will be banned.
