I want to ask about how arena point and arena rank works. So if 2 players has the same arena points (and given that they both have highest point in arena), who will be 1st and who will be 2nd. Plus at the end of the arena, will they both get 1st place prize or only 1 get the 1st prize?

In case of same Arena score, the player who joined the game earlier wins the score tie break. It's bit strange, but we figured it doesn't happen often enough we we can award loyal players for staying with the game longer when ties happen.

So that means if A started playing on 2016 (for example) and B started playing on 2017 (for example), and A and B has tie scores in arena (given that they both have highest scores) -> A will get 1st prize and B will get the 2nd prize?

Pretty much correct. However if player B actually downloaded the game in 2015 and opened it once without started playing, then started playing in 2017, he would get first place as game uses player's first access time.
