Night Maiden Bug

I recently borrowed a friend's 6* Night Maiden to utilize the coin reduction lead skill, battle ending 00:54 server time. Had to refresh mid-battle and when i re-entered game her lead skill was no longer active as reel cost returned to normal rate. I am not concerned about compensation as coin use was minimal anyway, but just wanted to make you aware of the incident in the event there is a way your team can correct it from happening in the future.
