Why is the damage different from mobile? It's 0 damage there and 1 damage here? Could you fix facebook version to do 0 damage like mobile please.

Hi ryuk227, it's designed that on the Facebook version if a monster's defense is too high for your team to do any damage, the monster will take 1 damage, just in case players would look at 0 damage and think the game was broken like mobile players did.

So, if I am understanding correctly... you think that Facebook users would think the game is broken?

Just from my experience, coming from mobile... I never understood that the game was broken because of hitting and getting 0. And if that were the case, then just explain if the situation did arise that it is because the enemy has a high defense, therefore using poison or cards that have ignore defense are needed to beat these type of enemies.

When running jewels almost ALWAYS on mobile because it hits 0, we are more likely to get the 6 chests drops when running difficult. However when running difficult on Facebook with the same type of team I use on mobile, I have gotten as low as only 2 boxes... 1 earned from the spins and 1 earned after completing the stages. It would be nice and GREATLY appreciated if you can fix it so that when doing the dragon jewels on Facebook, it is consistent with how the game is on mobile.

yet it is still that way on mobile, so if I am understanding correctly, we aren't smart enough to realize that it's high defense and not broken?

Hi ryuk227 & Roxie, many mobile players did wonder why the monsters wouldn't take damage. It's not about whether you are smart or not. I will forward your feedback.

We have made it 0 damage now to be compatible with the mobile server.

the 0 damage is nice, but maybe drop rate could be better...
I just spent literally an hour and a half waiting for my 4th chest in normal jewels. less than 100 coins left on my 4th refill, 5-spins the whole way...
