Bonus Map - Water

Hi why does the boss never drop gold? It does on other maps but not this one. And it is not only me other folks in the guild have mentioned the same thing. This for hell.

Hi Mukitup, the gold chests' drop rates are the same as those in the previous Apocalypse II map. I will let the QA team to test it again though. Which stage have you been fighting (hell/insane/difficult/normal)?

in my experience, and others, the boss won't drop a gold chest in the hell map. I've heard that insane is doing the same but i've only been running hell

The gold chest rate is correct configured but is slightly lower than the first series as both Gold Chest card are very powerful cards. Also, many players already have obtained the new card (Herald of Death).

Here is the response I finally got from a Dev....related to the same issue of Gold chest drops. This seems too apply...

Hi so u are saying QA team has gotten a gold from the boss? I have never gotten one from this boss. Dont know about others bosses in HELL. I figure u should get boss gold every 6th gold drop, not runs... Which has not been the case.

It took me about 22 Clears of Hell in Water Apocalypse II to finally get another Rider. During those clears, i got about 12 Wardens.

Just look at my drop rate for Mobile I posted....yes it can be THAT BAD.

There never the case that the chest dropped by killing the final boss is always golden if that is what you meant, nor is true that every stage has same golden chest drop rates.

I've gotten 3 deaths in just 6-7 hell runs, while it took me near 20 runs to get my second pestilence in the previous map (and I happened to get two pestilences in that very run). It's all about luck and the odds being what they are, there's nothing wrongly configured.

Btw, I'm not sure if "chest time drop rates" means the same as "chest drop rates". The former sounds more like the time it takes to get all chests to drop within the current run. Which btw seems to have been taken care recently since it's been a while since I last had to wait a ridiculous amount of time to get the gold chest(s) to drop in whatever map (but more specifically in jewel dragons).
