Can't get in to DE

Hi PM Support:

A friend can't login; he's seeing "The webpage at https://defb.playmage.com/de/indexfb.js ... b_bmpos=_0 might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address." Not sure what his game ID is, unfortunately. What should he do?

Hi Merryweather,

This sounds like FB isn't passing us the needed information to open the game for him. He can make sure the following:

1) he is properly logged into Facebook on the browser (if in doubt, logout of FB and log back in)
2) the page he use to play the game is https://apps.facebook.com/dragon-era/

Thanks for reply, and yes he has tried that, even cleared all info in his browser before refreshing Facebook login and trying again...
tempted to delete app and re-add but worried he'd lose everything

Remove and re-adding the FB won't cause him to loose everything (we can always help him relink if FB somehow gives us a new ID). However, one likely issue with the error mentions is that he can't reach our server at all for some reason. Maybe he can try a VPN or proxy to see if it helps.

Seems to have been a brower-specific problem (Avant); switched to a different browser and he was fine
