gems not received on phone

I bought $20 worth of gems on sale last night..was supposed to get 344 but didn't get any..got the email saying I spent the money though..was supposed to get it on nov 29..the only number I see on there is 400056..got a 9.99 and 20 dollar..i did get the 9.99 one, but not the 20.. thank you

Hello,

Please try force quit then restart the app couple times after you are sure the other purchase also went through. If that doesn't work, please send is your:
1. Your in-game name and level
2. Your 6 letter/digit game ID
3. The order ID found in the purchase confirmation email.

the in name game is stormy and is a level 38..the ID # is q80xec..i didn't get and email this time, but I got the text from att that I got it..their text number is 40056..i can't find any email..sorry..and thanks for helping
