Update 12/23/2015 - Card/Weapo Drop and Card Exp Adjustments

Today we made some adjustments to battle rewards in the game:
- Significantly increased card drop rates from battles
- Significantly increased weapon drop rates from battles (mostly in chapter 2+)
- Reduced card exp reward in battle as we want to encourage players to increase their card level primarily with strengthen feature (which many players tend to ignore).
