Rapier of angel

Hi,

I have an "rapier of angel" sword equipt on my Frost warrior(lvl31) and it seems the talent wings of angel is not working for me. After killing enemies it does not seem to restore any health for me.

thx for the response. im running iphone 6s iOS v9.0 and the latest update for the game. The talent dosent seem to work on any stage.

Freepoints the Scepter of Angel is a stun staff.

Hi FreePoints, just as viole said, the Staff of Angel's skill is "add a stun effect to the hero's skill".

That probably explains why it does nothing for me on Pacsirta then : (
