Purchased gems not showing up in account.

Hello,

I just spent $19.99 on 260 gems plus 52 bonus gems due to the current event going on in the game. I have verification of the purchase on my mobile banking application as well as the receipt from the Apple Store. This is the second time this has happened and I would greatly appreciate a quick resolution to this ongoing problem. I have screen shots of all the above mentioned items upon request.

Sorry to hear that you purchase didn't go through correctly. If the Gems haven't showed up yet, please send send following to support@playmage.com and we can manually credit your account for the missing purchase.
1. Your 6 letter/digit game id (friends -> find friends)
2. Screenshot of your purchase confirmation email that includes the receipt ID or order number
