I just tested myself too and as usually chain skill bug at the beggining and as always stunned making my chantelle totally useless as mentioned before..

This is not a coincidence that nearly every fight I start stunned and EVERY FIGHT I start with 2-4 skills triggered on me . I never start first , NEVER . I NEVER receive normal only normal attack on me at the beginning NEVER. ALWAYS skills triggered .

I have a lot of more , showing that my opponent always start first usually blind or stun , this week more often stun making my chantelle useless .

This video is recorded about 1 hour ago. Thunder ares ares enyo. It is not random as it's another video showing the same skills triggered on me before my first move. I had to replace useless chantelle which is always stunned before her first move to daring to survive chain skill attack bug. https://youtu.be/qiItJbjnF_Q . Do you choose. What else can I say. I see 2 issues here. One with chantelle receiving 2 orbs with 10 seconds delay and 2nd with chain skill attack bug making game very poor. People in my guild say that you handicapped me from winning arena. Is it bug in game or me stopped from winning arena again and again? Edited : and again... Changed team a bit and exactly the same bug. Loosing first place which I had yesterday.... Loosing 150 gems just because of the bug. https://youtu.be/g5VSi8yXMks that's been played 10 minutes ago.

Well it's definitely not a bug affecting everyone as we can't reproduce it. And no we didn't do anything to your account to make "only you" attack slower nor is it possible to do that.

It's likely a specific hero on your team is causing your skills and attacks to triggering so late (e.g. a hero specific bug). Also, the 2 orbs for chantelle shouldn't be added that late into the combat. Perhaps you can try removing individual characters form your team to see things improve, using 1x and turn off auto might help as well.

To test it I will have to sacrifice the winning on arena this week I'll help you to find out what causes the problem and I'll post some videos showing the result

Test 1 and 2. Two different opponents. Replaced gigas / daring with acaccia. Speed X 1with auto but I catch myself ASAP. Results : chantelle received 2 orbs after 10 seconds and chain attack bug exists leaving me with chantelle killed before I started. https://youtu.be/wTMkgnYsTDE
