Main Quests Chp 3

I can't get passed upgrade buff buildings. They are fully buffed with no way to delete. But more importantly how come it is not already counted?

Mission progress only counts once mission has been unlocked. You should be able to progress on now.

I've beaten the entire game. All the way through sky city. So all quests should be available right?

They aren't really made available until you complete the previous chapters quest card.

It's stuck. I have all the objectives slashed out and it hasn't gone to chapter 4.

Looks like you fixed it.
But now in chapter 4 it is not giving me credit for clearing stages in snow city. I won't worry about upgrading resource building to level 5. Even though I have about 20 fully upgraded. I'll do 30 card strengthening to even though I did that about a gazillion times. And I have not purchased 7 land slots. So that is good.
So can you help with the snow city cleared. Thanks for all the help. Much appreciated. I guess this needs to be considered for future players. Otherwise these things can't be passed.
