Server Update 10/25/2017 - Halloween Event & Bug Fixes

We made the following updates to improve the game:
1. Halloween Event!
- Find FREE Treats by going to Gifts menu, then scroll to the bottom of the daily sale list for 0 gem items. (there are 4 on the last day!)
- A new 7-Day sale with refreshed stock now available through October 31st under the Gifts Menu.
- Fame and Experience reward for all Bounty Quests are DOUBLED through October 31st (value displayed is already doubled)
- 50% Gem bonus on all Gem package purchases available through October 31st.
2. Bug Fixes:
- Sakura's skill set names were swapped. The one with Siglls are now correct named Sigil Arts.
- Fixed an exploit that allowed setting of duplicate pets in Guild War team.
