Chests in Heroes Hall

So what is the deal with the chests you can redeem tokens for? Why are people getting 2 star weapons out of the 5 star chest that literally takes 2 weeks to save for? Is there an explanation for this?

The 5-star on the box means the highest weapon can obtained from the box is 5-star, not everyone weapon from it will be 5-stars. That's why it's named superior box instead of 5-star weapon box. (though I am pretty sure it's not possible to draw a 2-star weapon from the superior box as the lowest possible for it is 3). I will ask the devs to see if they can put this clarification in the redeem confirmation box.

Thanks for clarifying. Is there anyway to know what the rates actually are for these chests? I don't think anyone in their right mind wants to be paying 1000 points for what might be a 10% chance for a 5 star.
