I don't quite understand what you mean. Refreshing the opponent lists is free and the opponent rank range is based on your current rank.

He means that regardless of how many times he refreshes the opponent list, he can not run into the specified ranks for a chance of fighting them.

As mentioned in the last post, the list of opponent you see is based on your rank and there is a specific fixed range for the top, middle, and bottom opponent, this means certain rank may not appear as your choice unless you move up or down from your current rank.

I am completely aware of this. The whole point of my posting was to address ranks 13 and 11 specifically in respect to rank 10, it's impossible to get a match with rank 10 from ranks 13 and 11. Even now as we speak players are able to take refuge im rank 10 that would otherwise easily be beaten by rank 11. I though it was worth posting about... but appearently not.. i guess i can beg to be deranked and hope i fall into one of the other ranks etc... a tiring process that seems to have a more simple solution. But w/e.

I can confirm having this issue as well awhile back. Basically if you were in the the 11-13 rank spots, it would take hours of refreshing to get rank 10 to show up as an opponent which is odd. Lol

While its not terribly important, its worth looking into since rank 10 in arena is a pretty hot spot that changes names alot.

The reality of this is rank 10 battles Never come up in the shuffle from ranks 13 and 11 respectively no matter how many
resets you do the ranks are locked and it's impossible. To this day rank 10 remains a makeshift safehaven to others easily able of claiming it.
