This has been a problem for quite some time now, and I’m not sure why or if it even is a problem, so here goes...I check my mailbox, there’s a pet piece that I’ve won, then knowing I only need one more to combine, I go and check my pet raid section so I can combine the, into a pet, and NOTHING! I’m not sure why? I can clearly remember getting pet pieces before from a pet boss being killed and actually getting the pieces.
If nothing is supposed to be rewarded, then why bother giving a notification saying you’ve won a pet piece.

I’ve lost out on at least 10 pieces since I’ve noticed this issue arise.

The pet pieces are correctly being rewarded. However, you need to claim them from the mailbox and the piece needs to be the one you are missing. Next time, please pay close attention to the pet piece you actually received, claim it from mail, then check if the piece pet count increased in the fuse screen.
