I tried delete the game and reinstall still no chance of login to the game plz help

Hi, can you provide us with more details regarding your problem? What version of the game are you running (it's on the lower left corner of the start screen) and what happens when you try to login? Do you remember your character name?

1.3.13.1 I think my hero is Tero or darkness Tero and every time I tried to login in no reply or not loading it's still on the main screen

By the way I bought the monthly thing it won't effect or won't lose a day right if I didn't log in ?

Hi Hisagi. You should be able to log into your account now. For some reason you team no longer had a leading hero which caused the problem, but that's now fixed.
