Hi i upgraded vip so could refresh store again but it didnt apply the +3 :!:

if you could some how apply 3 credit asap while figuring out y i would really appreciate it.

Hi Lord,

I think you meant VIP 6 (increase from 12 to 15 refresh), as it raises on even levels. Our record shows that you already refreshed 15 times today though, so you may have already done so? Please send me a pm if you need further assistance with this.
