A lot of Gems just Disappeared.

Hi. I purchased the $49.99 gem bundle and the $19.99 gem bundle. With the first purchase I went from almost 5000 gems down to 800 after making a few purchases that did NOT add up to that many gems. I thought maybe I spent more than I thought and didn't think too much about it until I had earned up to 1071gems and tried to open the 10x pet chest and it kept saying I didn't have enough. Which I did but I thought maybe I needed more gems and purchased the second gem bundle which gave me up to 1700+ gems. However, I kept getting the same error message and thought maybe it was a bug with the pet chest. Then I played a few missions and was going to do something with my party when I noticed most of my gems were gone and it again said I only have 800+ gems. I didn't spend any gems and realized that my gems had disappeared from both bundle purchases. So, here I am. I purchased through Google play and have both receipts.
