Guild War Bug

Hi, my username on game is Fluent (15547, VIP6). I'm leader of the Enforcer guild. Today when guild war started, we automatically lost? We are a strong guild and there's no way they could've dropped all our buildings in 2 seconds. Now we lost the winner rewards and I feel it was a waste of all those guild points I used to bid! Can you please look into this and find some way to compensate us for what we lost due to this bug? Thanks!

I witnessed this case. Please investigate.
As we have long time in war, i suggest to reset the war between them to be fair

Thanks for the report and sorry about the issue the bug has caused. I am looking into this now and will restart the war for this battle point if possible.

Update: the status for the battle point has been reset, so proper battle can be resumed between Enforcer and Area 51. The cause may be a very rare case bug and may be related to how Enforcer guild was enrolled in the point. This dev team will look into the full cause and fix early next week.
