We've had a little glitch in the request board at Necessarius.
Currently, we've received applications from the following players:

Elegy
Princess21
GaWing
Satanic
Asellus
Carnagee

The problem is, we've declined these applications a dozen of times but they keep re-appearing. All of the mentioned players have been offlime for 7+ days except Asellus, Asellus has been offline for 3 days. The point is, these players have been inactive for a while, but their application keep re-appearing. Would you mind looking into this?

Are you guys deleting with the "refuse all" button? We found an issue that button does delete the application permanently from the database (so they reappear after server restarts), which we will patch soon. However, refusing the applicant one by one should work.

Sorry for the late reply, I needed a confirmation from the Vice Leader. Yes, he was using the "refuse all" button, so I guess that solves it. Looking forward to that getting fixed~
