Lost power

I was recently #12 for overall power at 33,976 before I leveled up my main today. Should be somewhere around 34,060. I don't know for sure because I decided to swap a couple of pets around and it took away over 3,000 power and I am now # 20 and all of my attacks and hp have fallen. I replaced the pets in their original place and restarted multiple times but can't seem to fix it. Please help. Thanks

I just figured out why. Some glitch caused all of my soul stones to disappear. I had 3 d 5 stars on Sara. 1 5 star and 3 4 stars on my main character and Raina. Please fix this. Thank you

Sorry for the duplicate reply. Another glitch. Turns out that my soul stones are still there, I just can't equip any of them. Please fix. Thanks

Hi Aaronh1978,
The Power/HP loss can happen every 3 Sundays (at end of the Pet Guild war) when your guild loses the HP buff from the last week's soulstone guild war. It does confuse lot's of player, so we might start using a different buff for the soulstone war.

It wasnt a drop because of the guild buff. We had an exp buff. He had a problem with his soulstones, they unequipped and he couldnt equip them
