Somehow you're making this way harder than it needs to be and there's a simple solution to it. Stop locking the stats after rolling. The system really is not that difficult to figure out and the admin explained it pretty well and clear lol.

Thx for your input Empy :)

Don't get it twisted, I'm not complaining for the sake of being a negative nancy!

I'm just saying that as it is, you can be in a situation where you click Lock, and the interface shows the Lock in place, which then has no effect, and the game currently tries to explain this to you in a popup (which personally I didn't comprehend; I only knew how exactly it worked after experimentation and wasting resources).

I feel it wouldn't be making things harder in any sense to instead have a Discard button and only allow Locking when Locking would actually have any effect. You needn't be forced to Discard every time or anything- only if you want to Lock something, so it's clear how it all works without trial and error.

From a programming standpoint, that is simply a superior solution. I'm not complaining, I am logically arguing why something should be improved. Can you explain your opinion as to why my proposal is in any way not as good as what is currently in place? More than willing to debate it and concede.

The system they have now is fine from every standpoint. Lol there's no need to fix anything. You seem to be the only person in the game having issues with this system.

Changing the programming would just make it worse and give more chances for bug and other issues to appear. I see no reason to change it.

Long story cut short. Why didn't you click "lock" BEFORE you modified? I doubt it was too bothersome.

So your logic as to why what I propose isn't superior is "the system is fine"?
and you have no confidence in the programmers that they could implement such a simple addition?
OK then! XD

Long story cut short is that you don't have pushable buttons in software that have no effect. You lock the interface down to only allow legal actions, just like they've done everywhere else.

Why not click Lock before modified? Because according to the game, I don't have to. I can click lock after I modify. This is the fail in a nutshell; you should not be able to click Lock if it will have no effect.

I'm not having issues with the system, I'm having issues with logical conversations to potentially improve a game I somewhat like playing.

Keep in mind. This is a mobile game. If you over-mess with the code, it will start lagging unimaginably. That happens even in PC games, yet alone mobile games.

Second, seriously. You're basically the only person that has a problem with this. I'd rather have Relic Hunt droprates fixed first.

OK well first, there is no additional overhead or anything lag inducing whatsoever in adding one button and disabling another when appropriate. I could literally write it myself in any language, in just a few minutes. I am certain it's no different for the devs of this game in terms of difficulty.

Second, the fact that a different problem such as pet piece drops being totally fubar should be a priority doesn't change the fact that the interface has a design flaw that should be addressed in a proper way.

Once again, if someone thinks this is my problem, they simply haven't comprehended the interface design flaw, and nobody in the "conversation" thus far has addressed that design flaw specifically at all.
All I hear is basically "this is just your problem" and "the game is just fine as it is", which is perhaps people with their heart in the right place, thinking they're defending/sticking up for the devs or something, but it's only lowering the quality of what they produce.

This supposed "flaw" only seems to be affecting you and only "you" seem to have beef with it. They aren't gonna change the code for 1 player. That simple~ Since you love seeing it so much, I'll type it again. "The system is fine as is."

It's cool, logic is not the strong suit of a lot of people.

Logic never found its way to this thread to begin with. Whether people are suited for it is irrelevant in this case.
