Pet raid

So I'm seeing quite a few people under 20k power with Chloe's and Charles in the team. Are these bots or people who are clearly doing things they shouldn't be?
One example is pacigalaxy: 11,700 with a chloe in the team.

Hi Empyrial,
The account pacigalaxy is actually a banned account, but we do not remove them from their game as deleting their data completely can cause problems (so we just adjust the star/power/stage/etc).

Alright was just curious. Would it be possible to compIle a list of players so we're not reporting each and everyone. I've run across quite a few already and need to know which ones to report and which ones to ignore.

I can't maintain nor disclose all banned players in the game on the forum, but I will send you a list of currently banned players you might run across.
