Guild Auction

Hi
In today's guild auction when I bid for the bless item stone of raging flame I got deducted he points but did t get the item.
Can you please review and let me know what happened?

Hi Spawhawk11,
The item is rewarded via mail system to you at end of the auction time if no one overbids you (that's how auction works, you don't get the item immediately). If you get overbid, then the points will be returned to you.

Yes thanks I understand this. The point I'm making is that the item was not provided to me through mail and the guild points were deducted so I guess I was not overbid. I think there was a technical glitch.

There was no server error showing that would correspond to a failed auction reward. I send you some questions requesting extra details via pm so we can look into the issue further.
