If you are using an Android device, you can give us the Google Play order number (can send me with the "PM" button to the right of this post") and we can manually credit you the Gems, then you can claim your bonus items.
If you are using an iPhone or iPad. Please forward your order confirmation email from Apple to
support@playmage.com (including your in-game name in the email) and we can manually credit you the Gems, then you can claim your bonus items.
