Gems

Hi I’ve recently downloaded my game to a new device. I’ve purchased the monthly pack but now I can’t claim it. I’ve tried redeeming but it it says I’ve already purchased and the purchase will be restored but then I get the spinning loading icon and it won’t proceed any further.

Hi Leigh79,

Assuming you logged in back into the same account, you should be able to claim the gems from the monthly pack directly.

I brought the pack after logging back into my account, I try purchasing it now and get a message saying “already purchased and will be restored” but then it goes to a spinning loading thing but won’t progress any further

Do you mean the purchase didn't go through so you can't claim the daily gems from the monthly pack, and you can't purchase again? If so, please try reinstalling the app to see if that resolve the issue, please try contact the Apple's itunes support to see if they can resolve it as the monthly pack is configured as a consumable item and shouldn't display that error message.
