First purchase not received?

Hi Playmage,

I have made my first purchase for 300 gems on 3/7/2018. I have yet to receive! I suppose to upgrade to VIP1 upon receive the first purchase bonus too!

My user name for Final Chronicle game is Junkboy72. My account ID is f07126. My email is zhenxiang72@yahoo.com.

Please help soonest possible.

Sorry to hear the automatic purchase didn’t go through. I have manually added 450 gems (300 + 150 bonus) to your account (1279=>1729). You should become VIP 1 next time you login and will be able to claim your bonus package.

Please forward us your Apple purchase receipt email once you receive it from Apple so we can keep it on rewards.
