I'm wonder which would be the best to save Gems for, as I've already got a Premium Ally and Banker's Guild.

Don't want to buy, say, a Puzzle Decoder only to find it's single use.

Everything except the first two rows are permanent items.

As what Dream said, but I'll just add that every premium ally is permanent regardless of how many you have

Edit: Though the Invisibility cloak is only permanent when you have brought it, if you decide later to remove it I do believe you have to re purchase it with gems again
