I'm not sure if this is the right place to put this. I'm new to the game and would like to know how I raise my defense stat. Please.

Better Armor will increase your Def stat as will placing enchant potions on armor and rings.

Increasing your quickness will also increase your Def Stat

It will be more better defensive but as you said,,,, you need to practice again again and again...lol
