Raising the guild roster limit to spice things up

As it stands now, guilds throughout Dream World, big and small alike, have grown rather stagnant. I propose raising the member roster slightly, to 45, to circulate some new blood around the scene and spice things up a bit. It seems that the limit has been 40 for quite some time now, and I believe that raising it ever so slightly to 45 will bring with it a bit of new competition.

Give back the ability to disband guild of any rank by any GM
Why the need to limit membership in the first place - open to all who want to join not just 40 guys gals ETs

Well, obviously the limit was put in to stop all the top players joining 1 guild and making it pointless for a guild ranking, with the amount being limited it means smaller guilds with only a few hard hitters can take 1st place in the guild rankings
