if you wait till the profile pops up (highlight the name) then it will give you a lvl. generally if you go for the higher one your better off .

I usually go with whatever the highest defense regen armor is. I likes my health too much to not have regen.

regen is GREAT for Arena battles where if hit (normal attack) it'll only be for like 50 and the op's ally is only 15 or so so 1 regen will more than cover it. otherwise I'm not sure what good it is really.

I HATE missing (or getting blocked, I've never missed) in the Arena though waste of SP where the other guy can NEVER waste it! Stupidest thing in the game bar none.
