STOP THE SPAMMERS PLZ

All the devs need to do is to Ban the people Spamming ..
not threaten them with law enforcement etc.
step 1 . look for spam . its easy for me so it must be easy for the Devs
step 2. Ban them.
step 3. Problem solved
or
step 1. Ignore the spammers
step 2. lose members
step 3. Spammers Win
