Inactive players :( how to remove?

How are people removed from a guild? In mine, there is one player who has been inactive for almost 2 weeks. I'd like to replace that player with someone who WILL play the game. How is this done?

Click on their avatar down in the guild section of your screen. It will open a page for them. Along the top there is a row of buttons. Right next to 'write' is the 'remove guild' button.
