Two of my guild members have "Ask To Play" instead of the ability for me to give them dreamstones when I click on them.

I asked them both to play but I don't want to spam them.

Is there a penalty for having a guild member who is innactive? Do I need to boot them and try to get another guild member? I'd prefer having active guild members but at the same time I don't want to be rude if they are just not playing for a few days.

Does anyone know if non-active guild members still count?

Inactive guild members still count, but you just can't send them dreamstone's because they already have one and are not using it.
