Anyone else trying to get gems this way?

I've been working on tasks off and on for the last few days but still don't have even $5 yet (min to buy gems). Quite a few seem to reject for now reason that I can tell which is annoying. Any success stories?

Saw that myself - registered , then saw the rewards - a couple of cents per task is a joke when you factor in the amount of time it takes for them and they can be very selective. Good idea but think i will wait till it settles in and looks to be a safer bet.
