i have the mission to harvest cactus skins, and every time i fight one, it says that i am unable to harvest them. is there something im missing, or is it just that i havnt fought enough of them yet?

how many cactuses have you fought already?
dont give up, if you matched ie. 10 yet, theres plenty more to go....

I've faught, about 20-30 cactusses moving between the first 4 zones and havnt gotten more than 5

well after about 30+ or so, I skinned a cactuss, used basic skill first, but it only worked once, hopefully one in thirty isn't average or I'll do without finishing quest like on beach

I have a pretty good drop rate right now for this quest, about one out of three drops a good skin.

I'm finding that i get good success rate (so far 100%) if I kill them in as few moves as possible ( usually 3 )...try it out takes alot of skill pts but it gets the job done

I am having really bad luck with this one too. I've tried using various skills against it in case I am hurting the hide by using a particular skill. dropping it in one or dropping it in many. I am only getting a skin rarely. 1 out of five times.
