I try to send out dreamstones to my guild members but when click on them it says that they have already recieved one.
Am I doing something wrong? Or is it a bug that needs to be worked out?

No - nothing wrong with this - we all get it quite often (insert own joke here)! Just means that the player has been sent a dreamstone by somebody else and you will have to wait until the following day and hope they use the stone they have. Im lucky if I manage to send out more than two or three stones per day with about thirty people on my list.
