What level does a new ally start at?

Postby Carulna » Tue Dec 22, 2009 12:10 am

I have a kitten right now, who is at level 15. I passed up the puppy and just ran into a pony, so I'm wondering; if I give up the kitten for a new ally, will it start at level 1? I would hate to lose my kitten (and the free healing) in return for a level 1 ally who is going to take forever to level up. Since the premium page offers allies that "start at your level", I'm assuming free allies don't, but I would like some clarification. Thankyou!

Other than the Kitten, the allies you encounter does not start at level 1, but will start at a level lower than you (roughly 50%-60% of your level). They should be able to catch up relatively quickly.

that is true. they level up quite quickly starting at about 50to 60 percent like the admin said. i still wonder though if the ally did start at level 1 how quickly would it take to get near you...
