Hey.
Hereby I'd like to create a list of the locations where to capture specific pets and therefor I need your help.
I'll update this post regularly so it's easier to find the pet we're looking for.

In case you forgot the name of the pet you encountered do the following:
1. Visit the store.
2. Open the "Egg-Window" (It's the 2nd from the right/The window next to "Sell")
3. Look for the sprite/image of the pet you encountered.
4. Click on the egg.
5. Read the name or the text of the egg and you'll get the name of your pet.
For example for the pet "Zappie" it's a "Zappie Egg".

Everything is useful so just tell me what you've got and I'll add it.

Here is the structure I'd like to use and I'll sort them by their element.

Fire Pets:

Name: Baby Parrot / Rainbow Parrot
Active Skill: Flame Essence: Adds the pet's attack, defense, intellect and spirit attribute values to one random ally. The buff effect does not stack and lasts one round.
Passive Skill: Calming Blaze: Slightly reduces target's rage when attacking the target with regular attacks.

Name: Fido / Flaming Roarer / Hellhound
Active Skill: Scorching Strike: Deals physical damage to a target and causes magical burning damage for two rounds.
Passive Skill: Double Jeopardy: During combat, the pet's attack attribute will add a small boost to magical damage.
Primary Attribute / Secondary Attribute: Attack / Intellect

Name: Fire Kitten / Fire Lynx
Active Skill: Fire Breath: Deals magic-based damage to multiple targets in the same row.
Passive Skill: Endless Flames: Increases target's burning duration for two extra rounds after attacking a burning target.

Enemy: Elite Garm(1,2)* , Hiram(1,2)*

Name: Fire Snake / Fire Cobra / Cobra Boxer
Active Skill: Flame Shield: Creates a personal damage shield that will cause magic-based damage to all enemies who deal physical damage to the caster. The shield lasts one round.
Passive Skill: Combat Readiness: During combat, pet's attack, defense and spirit attributes will add a small boost to magic damage.

Enemy: First Skeleton(Enemy 9)(1,2)* , Skeleton King(1,2)* , Hiram(Final Showdown)(1,2,3)*

Name: Foxy / Three-tailed Fox / Nine-tailed Fox
Active Skill: Inferno Flame: Creates a flame that will cause magical burning damage to a row of enemies that lasts two rounds.
Passive Skill: Detonate: Enemies who are killed by Inferno Flame will explode, damaging targets directly next to it.
Primary Attribute / Secondary Attribute: Intellect / -

Earth Pets:

Name: Baby Kong / Dangle Kong / Cannon Kong
Active Skill: Devastating Hit: Ignores the majority of an enemy's defense attribute while dealing a large amount of physical damage to that target.
Passive Skill: Suppress: Regular attacks ignore a percentage of the target's defense.

Name: Baby Tyro / Tyro Rex / King Tyro
Active Skill: Rock Wall: Ignores all physical damage for one round.
Passive Skill: Hardening: Rock Wall will also help reduce a small percentage of magic damage.

Name: Mica / Mica Guard / Mica Giant
Active Skill: Clay Flesh: Increase pet's defense for the rest of the battle.
Passive Skill: Power of Earth: At beginning of combat, a portion of defense is added to actor's HP.

Wind Pets:

Name: Baby Purr / Purr Lion / Sphinx Purr
Active Skill: Swift Blow: Deals a large amount of physical damage to one target.
Passive Skill: Additional Strike: After performing a regular attack, target has a small chance to doing an additional regular attack with reduced attack power.

Active Skill: Wind Ambush: Deals physical damage to the enemy who currently has the fewest HP.

Lightning Pets:

Name: Lightcap / Spider Cap / Acid Scorpion
Active Skill: Lightning Strike: Deals physical damage to a target with a chance to cause stun, which renders the target unable to participate during their next turn.
Passive Skill: Overload: Enemies stunned by Lightning Strike receive more damage while stunned.
Primary Attribute / Secondary Attribute: Attack / -
Enemy: Betrayal / Yellow Thunder

Name: Shroomy / Bandit Shroom / Drummer Shroom
Active Skill: Static Field: Creates a Static Field which protects all allies by absorbing magic damage. The static field will disappear after absorbing a fixed amount of damage or after two rounds.
Passive Skill: Power Conversion: Static Field will convert percentage of damage absorbed and add it to the HP of the target.
Primary Attribute / Secondary Attribute: Intellect / -

Name: Spark Pony / Electric Horse / Thunder Pegasus
Active Skill: Positron Shield: Creates a positron shield that lasts one round. The shield will negate all magical damage and reflect portion of the damage back on the enemy.
Passive Skill: Electric Narcosis: Enemies damaged by a positron shield will have their intellect reduced for duration of the battle.

Name: Zapbot
Active Skill: Hovering Current: Reduces the spirit attribute for all enemies for two rounds, causing them to receive more magic damage.

Name: Zappie / Bunny Zap / Superstar Zap
Active Skill: Thunderbolt: Damage magic damage to a random enemy.

Water Pets:

Name: Aqua Nemo / Aqua Bass
Active Skill: Reflux: Deals physical damage to a target and adds a number of HP equal to that damage to the pet's current HP.
Passive Skill: Integration: Slightly increase the healing effect when the target is healed.

Name: Caspy / Boo-hoo / Orion Ghost
Active Skill: Wave Struck: Deals magical damage to all enemies.
Passive Skill: Higher Wisdom: Slightly increases magical damage dealt by the pet during combat.

Active Skill: Water Therapy: Restores HP to all allies.
Passive Skill: Water Shield: Allies healed by Water Therapy will gain a shield that will reduce all types of damage by a small percentage for one round.

Active Skill: Tidal Defense: For every attack received for one round that causes damage, the caster recovers some HP if not killed.
Passive Skill: Undercurrent: Increase regular attack damage by a small percentage of target's current HP.
Primary Attribute / Secondary Attribute: Defense / Spirit
Enemy: Cleito(1,2)* / Pirate (1,2)*

Dragons:

Name: Tippy / Earth Dragon / Mithril Dragon
Element: Earth
Active Skill: Taunt: Deals physical damage to all enemies. Enemies who received damage will attack the caster on their next round.
Passive Skill: Wrath of Dragon: Automatically counters regular attacks made by taunted enemies.
Primary Attribute / Secondary Attribute: Defense / Spirit
Enemy: Tippy/Earth Dragon/Mithril Dragon(1,2,3)*

Name: Pickle Dragon / Wind Dragon / Storm Dragon
Element: Wind
Active Skill: Hurricane: Deals ?magical? damage to all enemies and swaps the position of the enemy's front and back column. At beginning of the next round, deals damage again and swaps the enemy's position back to original position.
Passive Skill: Growl of Dragon: Increases the amount of physical damage received by enemies while under the effect of hurricane.

Name: Baby Thunder / Thunder Dragon / Celestial Dragon

Active Skill: E.M.P: Deals Magic damage to two random grids. Enemies hit with this spell will be stunned for one round.
Passive Skill: Spirit of Dragon: Double the damage of elemental bonuses for enemies under the stun effect caused by E.M.P.

Name: Aquarex / Water Dragon / Blizzard Dragon

Active Skill: Bubble Tides: Creates a magical bubble that absorbs both physical and magic damage for all allies. The bubble will disappear after absorbing a fixed amount of damage.
Passive Skill: Rise of Dragon: Allies protected by Bubble Tides will regain a small amount of HP each round.
Primary Attribute / Secondary Attribute: Intellect / -

Name: Baby Pyro / Pyro Dragon / Inferno Dragon
Element: Fire
Active Skill: Flame of Purgatory: Deals magic damage to all enemies and causes magic burning damage each round. The burning damage can be stacked three times. The fourth time a target receives this attack will trigger critical direct damage but will cancel the burning damage.
Passive Skill: Breath of Dragon: Applies burning effect of the Flame of Purgatory to all enemies at the start of the battle.

*A number behind an enemy indicates the evolution-level of the pet you can encounter.

Baby kongs come from snake, Desert fox AND shadow C give masked boos, Shadow B gives Baby Tyro and Shadow A gives Mica.

I am not 100% sure if it is program in but I have found that if a certain evolution sphere drops from a particular enemy, if they drop one again it will be the same.

I have found earth orbs from Skeleton the ninth enemy that is on Fire isle which is also the place to capture Fire snakes

This is incorrect, when farming arachy for a blue or purple Flurry, I found multiple types of these.
However, Crystals do drop from specific mobs. Kinsley drops Inferior Reds, The first skeleton drops Inferior Yellows, Sekly from atlantis Inferior Reds.. Not sure of others.

Scratch that. Farming Shadow B for Baby Tyros resulted in me finding about 10 water evolution spheres.
