Unable to redeem monthly membership

Title says it all. I'll try to explain exactly what happened:

Tried to purchase the monthly gem package. Was prompted by iTunes to confirm my payment, which I did, and it said it was purchased but I could not claim the gems. Restarted the app, and now this happens every time: try to redeem the purchase, a message pops up saying it was already purchased and will be redeemed for free, then the game is stuck loading indefinitely (I've given it 30 minutes). Please let me know how to proceed! Thank you!

Hi Seizo,

Thanks for contacting us. This purchase redeem dialogue sounds like the iTunes/Apple dialogue that says "The in app purchase has already been paid for and will be restored for free" instead of the actual in-game redeem gem dialogue. If this is the case, you may need to contact iTunes customer support and ask them to clear out your stuck purchase so you can purchase again, and issue you any refund if they actually charged you for the purchase.

These are couple links I found for reporting iTunes issues that might get where you need.
