I would like to thank Playmage because my friends and I, who have been playing for more than 12 months, spent a bit of money and had some fun. But of late we were getting very frustrated with a lot of aspects of the game. We have all noticed little sneaky changes that PM do, tweaking here and there, making the game harder more challenging, trying to initiate players spend more on gems to have a better edge. I say thanks because we were looking for an excuse to leave the game, and Playmage, you have given us a HUGE ONE. How can we or anyone trust you after this, who knows what else you've done to the game without telling us or us noticing. This has been a complete farce in our opinion, very unprofessionally handled with very arrogant responses. You definitely haven't shown any remorse for the angst you have caused your players, the people that keep this game alive....remember that Playmage. Without players you are nothing. Goodbye and good luck, you surely will be needing it.

Just like to say when you make a mistake in the game you compensate the buyers. You got to also make the game more exciting to get more players to play the game. Dont understand how a company can just make major mistakes and not listen or give anything back as we the buyers make you live better in life. Give something back so we buyers stay in your game, not even give us free card or gems to compensate. Total unacceptable.

Lazy....just plain Lazy...if your going to refund people, you should also refund the FULL XP Cards it took to Level the Card to 40/45/60 in lvl 6 Jewel Sea Dragons.

That would take up player's inventory. That's why we are now offering players to keep the miles earned after Gem refund as compensation, or switch it to any card they want (level would obviously remain the same) so there won't be need of doing al the leveling or evolving.

:roll: Whatever man. One of two things happened. 1) You thought it was a good value when you read the description that said 20x damage, and you bought it. You got 6 months of free extra damage. Good work. or 2) someone told you the card was broken and really doing 50x damage instead of as described, so you bought it to try to take advantage. In which case, well - you got 6 months of taking advantage, but the jig is up.

Either way, I don't feel bad for you.

Really time to get over it still a great card they have offered compensation for the card I personally think you would be silly not to keep the card.
Bye the way the game is supposed get harder and more challenging or it would be boring and we will complain.
Yes it is a game but it's still a business that has to make money we all know that.
PM big mistake I can see you are trying your best to keep everyone happy DON'T MAKE A MISTAKE LIKE THAT AGAIN.

TIME to move on and get on with the game.
